- Clinical Director at the NIH/National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD), where he is oversees clinical trials related to communication disorders at the NIH campus in Bethesda, MD.
- Completed his medical and public health training at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, where he also completed his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
- Fellowship in Rhinology, Sinus and Skull Base Surgery at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, OR.
- Previously Associate Professor and Associate Vice Chair of Research in Emory University’s Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and Clinical Director for the RADx–RAD program at Emory University.
- Co-Directs the NIH National Smell and Taste Center.
